  2. 10 Different Sizes in MCJ.
  3. Lifting Capacity 5 to 50 kN in MCJ.
  4. Drive Motor Speed upto 1500 rpm.
  5. Worm Gear in two different ratios, slow and fast.
  6. Top & Bottom Guide Bushes for Lifting Screw.
  7. Worm Wheel hobbed for optimum blue contact.
  8. Oil or grease lubricated.
  9. Oil Seals for Worm and Worm Wheel.
  10. All 6 Sides machined.
  11. Easy fitting of Motor Flange.
  12. Can be used in Upright or Inverted position.
 
Materials of Construction
 
  1. Worm Shaft Case carburized Steel, hardened and ground thread profile.
  2. Trapezoidal Screw Shaft Cr-Mo Steel, hardened & tempered.
  3. Housing Alloy aluminum for 5 and 10 kN, all higher sizes in SG Iron.
  4. Worm Wheel and travelling nut in Aluminium Bronze.
